Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notifies immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt during business travel.
• Provides or assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients.
• Assists with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

• Prior experience in home care preferred.
