Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help clients with mobility, walking, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Build meaningful connections through companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
