SYNERGY HomeCare in Milford, MA is hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to provide in-home care with flexible scheduling. Earn $20 to $23 per hour and enjoy reliable weekly pay, with 20+ hours per week available and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow care plans, while communicating changes to the team.

Formación

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving/home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Keep the care team informed of changes in clients' conditions or needs
