Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Foxborough, MA is actively recruiting CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care. Earn $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling that fits your availability.

Join full-time or part-time roles with shifts from 20 to 40 hours per week, including first and second shifts, weekday and weekend options. You’ll support clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Caring, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to commit to assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Build connections through companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Keep the care team informed of changes in clients' conditions or needs.
