Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Attleboro, MA is hiring CNA/HHA/PCA caregivers to provide in-home support with flexibility and weekly pay. The role offers 20+ hours per week, with both full-time and part-time opportunities and first/second shift options.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and adherence to care plans. Vaccination records are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required or preferred.
• Prior caregiving or home care experience is desirable.
• Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good communication abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Comfortable visiting clients' homes and following care plans.
• Vaccination records are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and everyday activities.
• Support mobility, walking, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the care team.
