Thrive at Home in Fairfax, VA is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our growing in‑home care team. We welcome all shifts and offer paid training, paid orientation, and a referral program to recognize dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA, HHA, or PCA certification/registration.
• Minimum 2 years in home care, assisted living, or clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors/nurses.
• Support meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well‑being.
• Document care activities.
