Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Millis, MA is seeking dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care, helping clients maintain independence in their own homes. Flexible schedules include full-time and part-time roles with 20+ hours weekly, plus first and second shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans while keeping the care team informed of changes in client needs.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable with good communication.
