• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support safe walking, transfers, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Encourage social interaction and provide companionship.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' health or care needs to the team.
