Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team. As a CNA/HHA at Family Life Care, you will play a vital role in helping our patients by providing compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their own homes.

You will have the opportunity to choose from various assignments, such as long-term care or assisting with recovery from injury or illness. FLC works with you to build your schedule around your needs. We serve a diverse community, from children to senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-medical hands-on care tasks as assigned by an RN, including helping with personal hygiene, eating, ambulation, and dressing.
• Help patients remain in a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment by performing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Maintain records of all tasks performed and monitor the patient's overall health and behavioral status.

Requirements

• Current Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide Certificate
• Current CPR Certification
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Current TB test with negative results
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
