Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately of any incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt during business travel.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, transfers, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired

Six months of home care experience preferred.
