Right at Home Palm Beach in Lake Worth, Florida is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care.

The role requires Level 2 background screening, a valid driver's license, CPR, and the ability to assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, etc.).
• CPR card (in person not online).
• Level 2 background check.
• TB or Chest X-ray.
• Alzheimer's, HIV and medications CEU.
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities including hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing.
• Prepares meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompanies patient to errands or medical appointments.
• Performs housekeeping such as vacuuming, cleaning, laundry and dishes.
• Provides hospice support, reminders for medications and assistive exercises.
