Qualifications

• Must have CNA license or HHA certificate with Palm Beach County badge.
• Valid driver license or state photo ID and a second form of ID.
• CPR certification (not online) and TB/Chest X-ray as required.
• Level 2 fingerprint background check completed.
• CEUs in Alzheimer's, HIV care and meds assistance; one letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meals as instructed.
• Run errands with the patient and accompany to appointments.
• Perform housekeeping and light cleaning duties for patient care.
• Provide hospice support, medication reminders, and ROM exercises.
• Support with incontinence care and use lifting devices as needed.
