We are seeking compassionate and flexible Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA) to support our team during evening hours in a float capacity. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple units or clients, providing high-quality care and ensuring continuity of services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assistance with ADLs, and companionship to clients.
• Float between centers or home care assignments as needed to meet staffing requirements.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to care plans.

Benefits

• Paid training for CNAs to obtain HHA license after 60 days.
• Competitive pay: CNA - $19.35/hour, HHA - $20.35/hour.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 for CNAs, $1,500 for HHAs.
• Shift differential pay: $1 for weekday evenings after 5pm, $1.50 for weekend daytime hours, $2 for weekend evenings.
