Benchmark Senior Living LLC in Leominster, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will provide daily resident care in a warm, home-like environment.

Duties include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and supporting residents with dementia. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am; starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with pay increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report health/behavior changes to staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure high-quality care
• Perform other duties as needed
