Job summary

Frontier Senior Living is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist residents with daily living activities in a supportive senior living community. The role operates under supervision of the Healthcare Coordinator and focuses on compassionate care aligned with individualized plans.

Responsibilities include vital signs, mobility assistance, documentation, and engagement, with emphasis on safety, HIPAA compliance, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHAcertification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs; report changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living needs including hygiene, dressing, mobility, meals, and medication reminders.
• Support safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
• Prepare and submit progress notes in a timely manner.
• Encourage resident engagement and participation in activities.
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, and community policies.
• Attend required in-service trainings and staff meetings.
