Benchmark Senior Living at Leominster Crossing is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide emotional support within a supportive team environment.

As a licensed CNA, you will document care, report changes to staff, and engage residents in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience preferred.
• Experience with dementia care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.
