The role involves one-on-one care, assisting with daily living activities, and following a nursing plan under supervision. Starting pay ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on experience, with a steady overnight schedule and opportunities for growth within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation within the Williamsport area.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, skin care, and oral hygiene.
• Help patients with toileting, elimination, and maintaining comfort.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment by using infection control measures like handwashing and PPE.
• Observe and report patient condition and vital signs to the supervisor.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercises.
