Job Summary
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) positions are employee roles, not 1099. Taxes are deducted accordingly.

Responsibilities and Services
Providing a wide range of care services, including:
- Basic companionship (light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal prep)
- Personal care (incontinence care, transferring, dressing, bathing)
- Assisting with medications, vitals, and health monitoring
- Transporting clients to appointments
- Assisting with nutrition, hydration, hygiene, and mobility

Position Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, caring attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Level 2 Background check
- Willingness to undergo drug testing
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance
- Ability to pass TB testing within the last year
- Physical ability to work, CPR certification within last two years
- Up-to-date CEUs as required by state
- Prior experience caring for seniors
Position Details
- Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Medication reminders, blood sugar, blood pressure monitoring
- Meal prep, shopping, errands, transportation
- Light housekeeping
- Provide compassionate, professional care with a passion for elderly care
- Support nutrition, hydration, mobility, and hygiene needs
- Serve meals, assist with eating and drinking
- Reposition bedridden patients, assist with walking and transfers
- Maintain a clean, sterile environment; change bedding and bedpans
- Transport medical equipment as needed
- Respond promptly to call for help
- Follow all state and federal care standards (AHCA & HIPAA)
