Job summary
The Home Option is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join a compassionate team delivering high-quality in-home care in the Rocky Top, Tennessee area. You will provide hands-on personal care, support daily living activities, and help patients live their best lives in the comfort of their homes.
Qualified candidates will hold CNA certification (state) and a valid CPR credential, with at least 1 year of hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
Qualifications
- CNA certification and state nursing aide certification required.
- Ability to read and follow care plans and instructions.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care (baths, hygiene, toileting, mobility support) as assigned by supervising clinician.
- Assist with feeding and nutrition as needed.
- Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately.
- Support activities of daily living and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to nurse/case manager.
