Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
  • Help with mobility around the house or outside, such as doctor’s appointments or walks.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Complete shopping or accompany clients to shop.
  • Report incidents and act responsibly in emergencies.
  • Assist with activities essential for daily living, including serving meals.
Qualifications
  • Enjoy working one-on-one, eager to learn and improve skills.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions with or without accommodations.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Compassionate and supportive demeanor.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare or in-home care.
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; experience as a Caregiver preferred.
  • If enrolled in a nursing program (RN, CNA, LPN), your application is welcome.
  • Supportive attitude and pride in providing high-quality care.
  • Hoyer Lift experience, specific to client needs.
