Simple Staffing is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant in Massachusetts to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, document care, and ensure HIPAA compliance under supervision of nursing staff.

Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Massachusetts HHA certification or Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• One year of home care experience preferred.

• Provide direct patient care and ADL assistance in clients' homes.
• Document care using GPS/EVV app and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Follow care plans and communicate with nursing staff and Scheduling Coordinator.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and independence for clients.
