Pay Range

This range is provided by Griswold Care Pairing for Greater Orlando. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offer companionship and social interaction
• Monitor and report healthcare changes to family and professionals

Qualifications

• Florida CNA License OR HHA Certificate
• At least 2 years of experience caring for patients/clients
• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to build rapport with clients, including those who are cognitively impaired
• Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor
