Job summary

You are invited to join Young At Heart Home Care in Miami, FL as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant providing one-on-one care in private homes. Shifts include day and night, with pay $17.00–$19.00 per hour and reliable transportation a must.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on caregiving experience.

• Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Preparing meals based on the client's needs and preferences.
• Providing medication reminders as permitted.
• Performing light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and maintaining the client's immediate living area.
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition or needs.
• Following individualized care plans and established routines.
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the care team.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable home environment.
