• Job Type: Full Time, includes every other weekend, min 4 shifts/week

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our healthcare team. You will provide essential care and support to residents in a healthcare setting. If you are passionate about improving quality of life and possess the necessary skills and certifications, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
2. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning.
3. Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
4. Perform basic healthcare tasks as directed by healthcare professionals.
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring hygiene practices are followed.
6. Document patient care activities accurately.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
8. Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
9. Attend training and staff meetings to stay current with best practices and regulations.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Current certification as a CNA or HHA.
3. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
4. Healthcare experience preferred.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
