Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking compassionate caregivers for daytime shifts across Seattle and nearby communities. Earn $23-$25 per hour with weekly pay, health benefits, PTO, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and referral rewards.

Duties include personal care, companionship, meal prep, and transportation to appointments, all while promoting client comfort and independence. The role requires a valid driver’s license, CNA or HCA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience helping older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; willingness to drive clients.
• Clear background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly support to clients.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily routines.
• Maintain a tidy, comfortable living space.
• Transport clients to doctor visits, shopping, and activities.
