Job summary

Senior Helpers Parent Account seeks compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You will deliver care, assist with daily activities, and provide companionship, staying engaged with clients and their families. Training and education are available, and caregivers are valued for dedication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• HCA certification is required.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care with safety and professionalism.
• Perform daily tasks and ADLs for clients.
• Offer personal companionship and engage with clients and families.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, hygiene, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep.
• Document completed tasks and report changes in clients’ condition.

Essential Functions

• Delivering exceptional care to the client in their home
• Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

License/Certification
