Signature HealthCARE's Harrodsburg Health & Rehab Center in Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed staff, support daily living activities, and help maintain a compassionate environment.

Competenze

Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Mansioni

Provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
ADL support within scope of practice as defined by state regulation and resident plan of care.
Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices.
Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
Turn and position residents regularly.
Recognize and support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
Maintain housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
Assist in orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
