Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and resident status updates at shift start and end.
• Check in with residents, assist dining and personal care, and perform vital sign checks per policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom, dressing).
• Maintain CNA/STNA certification and compliance with community policies.
