Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO seeks Certified Nurse Assistant candidates to provide basic patient care under nursing supervision. Day shift, 36 weekly hours, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

The role includes taking vitals, assisting with bathing, dressing, turning patients, changing linens, and reporting changes. Eligible candidates must have Missouri CNA license; BLS within 90 days; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have Missouri CNA license.
• MO CNA Appendix AND MO CNA license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 months experience as nursing assistant or related role

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff.
• Take vitals, bathe, dress, move patients, change linens and other duties as assigned.
• Obtains information on patient condition as requested by the nursing staff, and reports any changes in patient condition.
