Burlingtonconvalescent is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team in California. You will provide personal care under the supervision of licensed staff and help residents with daily living activities to ensure a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with successful completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Compassion towards residents and their families.

Responsabilités

• Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
• Assistance with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
