Job summary
Arden Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts in Hamden, CT. The team offers opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and overtime options.

Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
- Graduate from a CNA training program.
- Successfully completed the state CNA exam.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and emotional well-being.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
- Assist with meal service and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate changes in residents' conditions with nursing staff.
- Provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and families.
