Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
• Graduate from a CNA training program.
• Successfully completed the state CNA exam.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and emotional well-being.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions with nursing staff.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and families.
