Transforming Age Associates Eastmont in Lincoln, NE seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends. The role involves assisting residents with ADLs, meals, and activities in a supportive, caring environment.

Starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $23.68 per hour, DOE, with shift differentials, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities. A CNA license and CPR/First Aid are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training.
• Must have a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be able to read/write/speak sufficiently in English to perform duties.
• Background check, drug test, and may require fingerprinting or TB test as required.

Mansioni

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Make accurate daily notes on residents' conditions and chart changes.
• Assist with bathing, restroom use, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing.
• Assist in serving meals and participate in activities.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure resident safety.
• Assist in admissions and discharges and monitor vitals as needed.
