Job summary

Transforming Age Eastmont in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time or part-time shifts. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and support a caring, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English sufficiently to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Make daily chart notes and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing.
• Assist in serving meals and participate in activities with residents.
• Ensure residents can participate in social, physical, and spiritual activities.
• Record vital signs and conditions as scheduled or as needed.
• Assist in admissions and discharges of residents.
• Provide transfers/ambulation assistance and prompt call light response.
• Maintain neat, clean work areas and safe resident environments.
