Job summary
Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Port Orchard, WA for a full-time shift rotation. Responsibilities include direct patient care, bathing, feeding, grooming, and assisting in daily living activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required.
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation; must remain current.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
- Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting and related tasks as directed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
