Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have MA CNA certification and be listed on the MA ASI registry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work scheduled shifts and manage stress with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, ambulating and daily living activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to staff.
• Assist with feeding and document meals accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident environments.
• Support infection control and safety practices.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with equipment use and report malfunctions.
• Provide orientation support to new CNAs.
