Brookdale is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Ohio. You will support seniors with daily activities, monitor health needs, and report changes to the care team. Successful completion of the State CNA/STNA course and maintaining certification is required.

Must complete State CNA/STNA course and maintain certification.
Certified Nursing Assistant certification required for Ohio.

Responsibilities

Our CNA – STNA works with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
Checks in with residents, assists with dining and personal care needs, and performs vital sign checks and clinical procedures per community policy.
Provides assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required and certification must be maintained.
