Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed nursing supervision, support ADLs, and help promote a compassionate, safe living environment.

Formación

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state of operation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.

Responsabilidades

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice.
• Assist with grooming and linen changes in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Promote resident rights and a compassionate environment.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
