Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management in Burlington, NC seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Liberty Commons of Alamance County to provide compassionate resident care and assist with daily living activities. You will bathe, dress, assist with hygiene, monitor I&O, document care, and support the charge nurse as needed, while maintaining a safe, respectful environment for geriatric residents.

Previous CNA certification and DFS registry listing required; candidate must be 18+, commit

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
