Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate bedside care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and meal support.
• Perform safe patient transfers using appropriate mobility aids.
• Record vitals, intake and behavioral changes in the EHR system.
• Coordinate with RNs and LPNs to ensure smooth care delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
