Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certification for Florida or passed a certified CNA program and awaiting examination.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Gives direct care as assigned, including hygiene and grooming.
• Cleans and cares for bedside equipment and the resident's environment.
• Assist the nurse to maintain observation and provide assistance to residents.
• Conduct resident care rounds, visiting each resident every one to two hours.
• Prepare residents for meals, assist or feed residents as needed.
