Bryant Health and Rehab in Cochran, GA is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to work in both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the CNA provides essential patient care and supports the development of individualized care plans to meet residents' needs.
The ideal candidate has completed a state-approved CNA program and experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
Competenze
- Must have completed a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
- Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
Mansioni
- Assist with patient care activities and comfort under supervision.
- Support development and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans.
