Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CNA Diploma from an accredited CNA Program required and evidenced by primary source verification.
• BLS preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned patients according to the patient’s assessment and care plan and as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, and vitals as needed.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to the supervising nurse.
