• Provide basic care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to licensed nurses.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with residents, families, and colleagues.
