Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join Hale Makua Health Services in Maui. This full-time position offers a $5,000 retention bonus or $2,500 with regular part-time status, plus relocation assistance may be provided.

As a CNA, you will support residents with personal and restorative care, perform daily living activities, and respond to calls promptly while maintaining a caring, respectful environment in a 90-bed facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with the State of Hawaii required.
• Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).

Responsibilities

• Orient residents to the unit and facility, including bathroom, call system, shower schedule, lanai/common areas, and activity calendar.
• Respond to resident calls, call bells, and alarms promptly; inform Charge Nurse as needed.
