Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. in Tarboro, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support clinical staff at the Freedom Hill Community Health Center. The role involves patient prep, vitals, and assisting with exams in a full-time schedule with no weekends.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited CNA program and certification.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be a team player and perform repetitive tasks.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examination by taking vital signs and recording history.
• Maintain exam rooms with supplies; track, organize and order supplies for the clinical area.
• Assist the medical provider in procedures (including pap smears, ECGs, etc.).
• Clean and sterilize equipment and document tasks performed.
• Document patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist patients with forms (registration, medical history, etc.).
