Job summary

Aspen Health & Rehab in South Range, WI is looking to hire a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring clinical team. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, along with comprehensive benefits.

You will provide total care for residents, perform ADLs, document vital signs, and communicate changes to the care team while upholding HIPAA standards and delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Wisconsin certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring and toileting.
• Record vital signs and weight; observe for changes in condition or behavior and report to care team.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while delivering compassionate care.
