Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking CNAs for full-time and PRN shifts in the Skilled Nursing location at Palma Real in Mathis, TX. The role involves providing routine nurse aide care in line with each resident's care plan and ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License.
• Provide routine resident nurse aide care per the care plan.

Responsibilities

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
