Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA will perform patient care activities and support services under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.

The role does not involve medication administration or independent patient care decisions. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification as required by state; current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Does not administer medications or therapy or assume independent responsibility for patient care.
• Performs duties in accordance with PAM Health policies and procedures.
• Fulfills related duties as assigned or requested by supervision.
