Qualifications

• Current certification as a nursing assistant or equivalent credential, where required.

• Ability to follow directions, care plans, and established procedures.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may include standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with resident or patient care.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, assisted living, or similar setting is preferred.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment.
• Follow care plans, facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and the use of mobility aids as needed.
• Document care provided accurately and communicate important updates to the appropriate team members.
